447 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 447 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 447 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 447.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 447 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including new users, registered users, and visitors. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 447 platform.
  • Use of the platform is subject to the laws in force in Malaysia.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access all features on the 447 platform, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to keep your details current should any changes occur.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge.
  • Notifying 447 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.

447 reserves the right to reject registrations or terminate accounts suspected of involving false information, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 447 platform, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
  • Using automation software, bots, or external systems to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 447.
  • Taking any action that may compromise the integrity of gameplay, including colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the 447 platform to other users.
  • Attempting to access another user's account or any confidential platform information.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 447 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.

Deposit Policy

  • The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the payment section of the platform and is subject to change from time to time.
  • Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
  • 447 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to necessary security checks.
  • 447 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
  • Any activity suspected of money laundering may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements as specified separately.

5. Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 447 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

447 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be fully protected against cyber threats. That said, we are committed to providing a stable and secure service at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure

447 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • A user has violated any provision of these Terms.
  • There is activity suspected to be fraudulent, manipulative, or otherwise unlawful.
  • A user has provided false or misleading registration information.
  • A request for account closure has been submitted by the user.
  • At 447's sole discretion, for security or operational reasons.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review and is not guaranteed to be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 447 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 447 and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from 447.

Third-Party Links

The 447 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 447 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
